Roland Andersson

Senior Vice President, Clinical Research Services

Dr. Andersson has overall responsibility for the management of PAREXEL’s Phase II-III client relationships on a global basis, including strategic accounts and the Company’s Biopharm Unit that focuses on the needs of small and emerging companies. He has extensive experience leading and transforming businesses within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. His primary expertise is in research and development management, transformation, strategy, and business development. 

Bill Byrom

Senior Director, Product Strategy

Bill has helped to shape a number of the company's products and services including ePRO solutions, patient recruitment technologies and RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) solutions. Bill is currently responsible for the company's eClinical strategy. Prior to joining Perceptive Informatics (now PAREXEL Informatics) he was formerly with ClinPhone and has held positions within the pharmaceutical industry since 1991. 

Drew Garty

Senior Director, Product Management

Drew currently leads PAREXEL Informatics’ Product Management team in developing a wide range of novel, high-value products and solutions including operational and Clinical data warehousing, reporting and analytics, and clinical trial monitoring and management. In this position, Drew strives to innovate and improve the quality and efficiency of clinical trials. Drew’s career in pharmaceutical technology spans over 18 years and includes significant experience in eClinical system architecture, design and development, as well as process design, solution validation, and international training and support.

Alberto Grignolo

Corporate Vice President, Global Strategy

Alberto recently spent two years in Tokyo to establish PAREXEL’s Japan Consulting Services. He is trusted advisor to numerous clients in the areas of global and Japanese drug development strategy, regulatory negotiation and best regulatory practices. In his daily work he leads multinational expert teams to drive the development and entry of clients’ products into target markets, including Japan.

Cindie is responsible for development of innovative products and solutions to accelerate and simplify acquisition of clinical data and randomization and trial supply services.   Cindie has over 20 years of experience in development of industry leading technology solutions  in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Vice President and General Manager, Commercialization Strategy

Charles brings over 20 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience to PAREXEL to assist clients in the development of strategic and tactical commercialization and market access solutions designed to support the commercial success of biopharmaceutical products, devices and diagnostics.

Kate Trainor

Vice President, Late Phase and Global Head of Project Management & Technology

Kate is responsible for PAREXEL's Project Manager Operations team worldwide, and for creating vision and leading the operational model for technology innovations in the late phase arena.  Areas of focus include developing, delivering and measuring excellence in operations; innovative implementations in eClinical technologies, providing options facing sites, sponsors, and subject users for better decision making.
