Glucose Clamp Experts

PAREXEL Early Phase provides specialized services including a state-of-the-art, 10-bed manual glucose clamp unit. Established in 1995, this 10-bed, world-class glucose clamp facility has performed more than 2,000 clamp profiles on healthy volunteers, Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes patients, and obese non-diabetic subjects. Our experience spans the full range insulin products and delivery systems, as well as multiple methodologies, including euglycemic, hyperinsulinemic, and hyperglycemic clamps. The glucose clamp unit is staffed by a group of highly experienced physicians, clamp nurses, and technicians, utilizing state-of-the-art instrumentation.
