PAREXEL APPOINTS MARK T. BEAUDOUIN AS VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL
BOSTON, MA, February 22, 2000 — PAREXEL International Corporation (Nasdaq: PRXL) today announced that it has appointed Mark T. Beaudouin as Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Beaudouin will be responsible for the management and administration of corporate legal affairs worldwide.

Mr. Beaudouin has specialized in counseling companies in corporate legal matters throughout much of his career. Prior to joining PAREXEL International, Mr. Beaudouin most recently served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of BC International Corporation, an environmental biotechnology company. For the previous seven years, he held the position of First Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at J. Baker, Inc. a specialty retailer. From 1985-1991, he served in several key corporate counsel positions, including General Counsel and Secretary, of GenRad, Inc., a high technology test equipment manufacturer. He began his legal career at the Boston law firm of Nutter, McClennen & Fish.
Mr. Beaudouin earned his B.A., Summa Cum Laude, from Boston College. Upon graduating, he attended Oxford University and earned a Master of Letters degree in International Law and Politics. He is an alumnus of Boston College Law School, Cum Laude, and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December of 1982.
His professional memberships include the American and Massachusetts Bar Association. Mr. Beaudouin has served on the Board of Directors for the New England Corporate Counsel Association and The Straumann Company.
