Cornelia has over 5 years of experience in global pricing and market access, in a range of therapy areas including oncology, rare diseases, haematology, and mental health.

An experienced project manager, Cornelia has managed a variety of market access projects such as value message development and testing, landscape assessments, primary research and ad boards, GVDs and AMCPs.

Together with her team, Cornelia achieved consistent customer satisfaction scores of above 9.5 out of 10 in an ongoing value communication program partnership with a major pharmaceutical company.

Work experience

Prior to joining Parexel, Cornelia worked as an analyst in the pricing and market access team at IPSOS (previously GfK Bridgehead). As part of that team, Cornelia was a lead analyst on several landscape assessments, patient pathways and funding flows, pricing research and ad board projects. In addition, Cornelia has part-time tutored and mentored A-level biology and chemistry students during her university degree.


Cornelia holds a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford. She carried out her final Master’s research project in the Department of Pharmacology in Oxford, investigating cellular models for lysosomal storage diseases under the supervision of Frances Platt.
