Jamie is a Senior Consultant in PAREXEL with broad pharmaceutical and clinical experience. Jamie currently provides consultation to clients in the strategic areas of value proposition, payer evidence generation planning, pricing, market access, and value evidence communication. He is responsible for strategic input and project execution and, specifically overseeing research, guiding analyses and content generation, and ensuring high quality project deliverables.
In addition to consulting, Jamie has over 15 years’ experience working for the pharmaceutical business in roles involving reimbursement strategy. His responsibilities have spanned the spectrum from early pipeline strategy to product lifecycle management and have included global as well as US specific support. While Jamie has certainly done his share of interpreting study data and publishing results, his passion centered on pipeline assets where he has evaluated disease burden, developed asset value propositions, designed and executed payer evidence generation plans, and used early economic modeling to set price and efficacy endpoint targets. He has also provided strategic insight for indication prioritization, portfolio management, and business development.
Jamie received his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Rutgers University in 1995 and his Pharm.D. degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1997. Jamie followed this with a post-doctoral fellowship in pharmacoeconomics and health outcomes research that he completed in 1999. Jamie keeps current his license to practice pharmacy.
