Jingke Yang, M.D., Ph.D.
Global TA Section Head, Cell & Gene Therapy, Oncology
Dr. Jingke Yang currently serves as the Global Therapeutic Area Section Head, Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) in Oncology, where he utilizes his medical expertise and leadership in cancer CGT to support section physicians in medical monitoring activities and assist in business development. Additionally, Dr. Yang holds the position of Senior Medical Director, overseeing medical monitoring for clinical trials focused on hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, and providing medical consultation and training to site staff, sponsors and Parexel cross-functional teams.
Prior to joining Parexel in 2017, Dr. Yang worked as an Associate Chief Physician in Hematology at The Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University. He had extensive experience developing individualized treatment plans for patients with relapsed or refractory leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. Moreover, Dr. Yang conducted numerous hematopoietic stem cell transplantations and served as an Investigator in several clinical trials of CAR T-cell therapy for B-cell malignancies.
Dr. Yang earned his M.D. and a Master’s degree in Pharmacology from the Medical School of Zhengzhou University. He completed his residency training and attained his Ph.D. in Hematology from Xiangya Medical School of Central South University. Following this, Dr. Yang completed a Hematology-Oncology Fellowship at The Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University and a Research Fellowship in Hematology at Massachusetts General Hospital.
