Barbara is a Regulatory Affairs Manager specializing in Cell and Gene Therapy, with over 12 years of experience in regulatory and start-up activities supporting multinational clinical trials.

She has extensive expertise in regulatory strategy and execution for cell and gene therapy clinical trials, including the preparation and submission of complex dossiers across Latin America. Barbara has supported and led multi country Cell and Gene Therapy submissions, coordinating interactions with regulatory authorities, ethics committees, and biosafety bodies, ensuring compliance within highly regulated and evolving frameworks.

Barbara also provides strategic regulatory support and submission leadership across ex-US regions, serving as a key point of contact for global teams on Cell and Gene Therapy regulatory strategy, offering cross-regional guidance and alignment.
