Boris Braylyan is a seasoned technology leader with more than two decades of experience shaping the digital future of regulated industries. His career began with a passion for systems design and evolved into a mission: transforming how life sciences organizations leverage technology to enhance compliance, accelerate delivery, and improve outcomes.

During his 20-year tenure at Pfizer, Boris spearheaded large-scale IT transformations that touched every facet of clinical trials and global regulatory frameworks. He led initiatives including the global digital enablement of COVID-19 vaccine operations, delivering first-of-its-kind automation at record-setting speed. His leadership extended to enterprise AI and automation programs, cloud modernization and intelligent data governance.

Boris has built and scaled high-performing global teams and driven measurable impact through strategic investments in AI, robotic process automation, and cloud solutions. His work has consistently reinforced regulatory compliance, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational transparency.

Boris holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at Hartford and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
