David Di Marcantonio

David Di Marcantonio is Vice President, Early Phase Global Services at Parexel, where he leads global teams supporting the delivery of early phase programs across scientific, technical, and quality functions. In this role, he helps shape operational strategy and service execution for biotech and large pharmaceutical customers worldwide.

Work Experience
With more than 20 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and CRO sectors, David has held senior roles spanning business development, strategic account leadership, partnerships, and operations across preclinical, early phase, and clinical development. Prior to his current position, he led strategic relationships with major pharmaceutical customers as Client Relationship Director at Parexel. Before joining Parexel, he contributed to the growth of international business at Covance (now Fortrea) and RTC (preclinical CRO, now ERBC).

Education
David holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine and an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy.
