Dipali Nanavati

Dipali provides global leadership across the vaccines and infectious disease space. In this role, she oversees worldwide strategy, financial performance, and key client partnerships while leading diverse global teams of over 1,100 employees to deliver high-quality clinical trials and drive operational excellence.

Before her current position, Dipali led global clinical operations for a Top 5 Pharma company, including critical COVID-19 programs. She has also held global leadership roles at Parexel in Safety Services and Medical Operations, where she drove strategic alignment and scaled operational capabilities.

A seasoned biopharmaceutical executive with 30+ years of experience, Dipali has built and scaled global organizations across diverse therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiovascular disease, hematology, infectious diseases, and pulmonary conditions. She has a strong track record with multiple NDA and BLA submissions leading to approvals and has authored peer-reviewed publications in cellular biology and infectious disease. 

Dipali holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology and South Asia Regional Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and is an active member of several professional organizations.
