Dr. Allison Jeynes

With over 12 years as CEO in life sciences, Allison has led global teams to achieve a 100% success rate in FDA clinical program approvals across various therapeutic areas, transitioning from Avillion Life Sciences to Nefro Avillion Clinical Development in May 2025. She is an MD specialising in oncology at The Royal Marsden Hospital, UK, and has held leadership positions at Wyeth, BMS, and Novartis, also managing her own consultancy during a 30-year career. Allison contributed to 20 drug approvals with EMEA, MHRA, and FDA engagement, and currently serves on boards including Anaveon and Uniquity Bio, she is the chair of Siolta Therapeutics, and has an advisory position with Recordati.
