Integrated Solutions Strategy Senior Director
Ioana Eniu brings more than 19 years of global clinical research experience, having worked across CROs, study sites, and sponsor environments. Her background spans across feasibility assessment, regulatory strategy, and operational delivery for both early‑ and late‑phase clinical trials across a range of therapeutic areas, including endocrine/metabolism, cardiovascular, neuroscience, and rare diseases.
At Parexel, Ioana supports the design and delivery of metabolic clinical programs, with a strong emphasis on improving trial feasibility and reducing patient burden. She applies site centered planning approaches and behavioral insights to help optimize study design, enhance site engagement, and create more patient friendly trial experiences.
A passionate patient advocate, Ioana is committed to advancing operational strategies that balance scientific rigor with practical execution. Her work supports the successful delivery of complex clinical programs while driving meaningful improvements in patient participation and trial accessibility.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in international/global studies from Queen’s University.
