Bringing 15 years of clinical research and pharmaceutical industry experience, Jamie Pierson is a strategic operations leader specializing in global Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) programs. With eight years dedicated to CGT, she has deep expertise in operationalizing complex studies, accelerating start up timelines, and guiding cross functional teams through the technical, regulatory, and logistical demands of advanced therapy development globally.
Jamie has directed multi study CGT portfolios across Neurology, Oncology, Infectious Disease, and Ophthalmology, spanning AAV gene therapy, CRISPR based platforms, and engineered cell therapies. She has led core operational deliverables, overseen global governance frameworks, and successfully guided a Phase 3 gene therapy program through BLA submission, demonstrating her ability to deliver high stakes outcomes in fast moving environments.
