Katherine Minson, M.D.
Senior Medical Director
Dr. Katherine Minson is a board-certified pediatric hematologist-oncologist and Senior Medical Director at Parexel, with experience in academic clinical research and preclinical drug development.
Dr. Minson has expertise in hematologic malignancies, including acute leukemias, chronic myeloid leukemia, non-Hodgkin and Hodgkin lymphoma, and post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders (PTLD). She has served as an investigator for Children's Oncology Group trials and has extensive experience in clinical trial conduct. Additionally, Dr. Minson spent six years as a basic/translational researcher focused on pre-clinical drug development, specifically small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Her work in this domain has led to the IND approval of a molecule currently in phase I clinical trials.
Education
Dr. Minson received her M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed her pediatric residency at Vanderbilt University, followed by subspecialty training at the University of Colorado Denver.
