Liesel Badenhorst
Senior Clinical Operations Leader
Liesel has 15+ years of experience in Clinical Research at global CRO’s, with extensive experience managing EU region operations. She has over nine years of experience as a Clinical Operations Leader working on international studies in study startup, recruitment and maintenance phase, in addition to
studies undergoing complex sponsor and CRO transitions.
In her role, Liesel provides leadership and direction to project team members, evaluates and identifies resourcing needs and continuously monitors over lifecycle of large/complex projects and/or programs. Her therapeutic areas experience includes Oncology/Hematology, Auto-Immunology, and Respiratory/ Pulmonology.
Education
Liesel has a BSc in Biochemistry & Physiology from the University of Potchefstroom.
