Matthias Lenk leads Parexel's Early Phase Clinical Unit in Berlin, Germany, providing strategic direction and clinical management while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. With more than 25 years of experience in clinical pharmacology, he brings deep expertise spanning clinical conduct, international functional team management, technical support, computerized systems validation, and business analysis, with particular emphasis on Early Phase trials.
Work Experience
Matthias joined the Parexel team in 1998 and has held progressively senior roles including study nurse, unit manager, and director of technical services. This extensive tenure has provided him with comprehensive training and exposure to clinical conduct, clinical technology systems, risk management, business transformation initiatives, and the strategic implementation of eClinical solutions across the Early Phase Clinical Unit network.
