Mika Pollack
Project Director
Mika Pollack is a global Project Director within the Biotech delivery team. She works with regional and global clinical trials and teams, through all phases of research while working on studies representing a diverse spectrum of therapeutic areas and indications.
Work Experience
Mika has been with Parexel since 2022. She has over 15 years of clinical research experience. With a highly collaborative working style, she possesses excellent skill in executing and performing oversight of clinical research project operations. Using 'data driven' decision making and creating strong client relationships is one of her strongest capabilities.
Education
Mika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts and is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.
