Natasha Steyn

With more than two decades of expertise in the pharmaceutical sector, Natasha has built a clinical research career spanning all study phases across multiple therapeutic areas, advancing from foundational positions to executive leadership. Currently, she serves in dual strategic capacities: as Regional Leader for Clinical Operations overseeing Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, while simultaneously heading the Functional Service Provider Team across the entire APAC region, including Japan and China. Her notable accomplishments include successfully managing strategic alliance partnerships, seamlessly integrating external staff into organizational frameworks, and harmonizing Japan's operations with global strategic objectives. Natasha holds a BSc from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
