Paul Isherwood

Paul has a broad range of experience across different phases of clinical research, and within multiple therapeutic areas. He forms part of the Global Patient Recruitment Services Group of Parexel, a dedicated in-house group focused on providing effective recruitment strategies to ensure timelines for patient enrollment are met on behalf of our clients. Paul owns the recruitment strategy and implementation plan throughout the life cycle of the study, and forms part of the functional study team working directly with the project leader. Paul will develop materials, and implement recruitment strategies, specific to the study protocol and requirements.

Work experience

Paul has worked in patient recruitment for over 8 years, gaining experience in both CRO and SMO environments. He joined Parexel in August 2015, and has worked on many projects in all regions globally.

Education

Fully qualified in line management, with transferable skills to project management, Paul has significant clinical research experience and is fully trained in GCP. He has several qualifications in Information Technology, and keeps well informed on innovative developments.
