Renu Sharma

Renu Sharma is a Senior Director, PV Operations, leading a team of ~1000 employees who deliver end-to-end PV services with a diverse portfolio and broad therapeutics including specialty care drugs, helping and contributing to patient safety.

Work Experience

Renu has been with Parexel for over 16 years. She has extensive PV experience leading high-performing teams with operational excellence, a strategic approach, and a proven track record of success with client delivery. Renu has successfully led cross-functional teams to manage different PV domains, including single case processing, literature, affiliate services, safety sciences, signal management, and medical activities. She also supported the implementation of multiple tools, including automation, by one of the largest pharma clients. She deeply understands project management, financials, resourcing needs, audits/inspections, and managing critical client needs with seamless results.  She is committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall excellence.

Education
Renu is a physician and holds a Master’s degree in Dermatology and a Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine. She is currently operating from Parexel India ‘s Chandigarh office.
