Susan is the Worldwide Head of Medical Communications, Parexel’s medical education division. She is recognized as a results-oriented leader with over 30 years of healthcare industry experience. She has a proven track record of developing and driving programs at strategic and tactical levels, to deliver business objectives in highly complex market conditions. She has a consistently successful history of managing, training and motivating others toward profit-related goals.
Susan joined Parexel in 2003 as Executive Director of CBC, in the CME business unit. Before joining Parexel, Susan was Senior Vice President of Client Services for MediVia, a medical communications firm in New York. Before that she worked as Vice President of Operations and Account Management for SCP, also a medical communications firm in New York.
Susan held the position of Vice President of Marketing for Medi-Promotions, a medical publishing and communications company. She spent many years at IMS America, the largest healthcare market research company worldwide, as Business Development Manager and Senior Marketing Director. Susan began her career in the healthcare industry as a Clinical Research Associate for Berlex Laboratories, now Bayer Corporation.
Susan has her B.S. in Biology from Stony Brook University, her M.S. in Biochemistry from NYU Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and her MBA in Finance from Columbia University Business School.
