Vicky Hsu

Vicky joined Parexel in 2016 and has been working closely with the leadership team focusing on growth in China / Asia. Vicky offers more than 18 years of leadership and management experience, including the operational oversight of multi-therapeutic, global Phase I-III drug/biologic trials and early clinical development operational strategy. Her clinical research experience includes the following therapeutic concentrations but is not limited to Infectious Disease, Virology, Endocrine/Metabolic, Oncology, Dermatology, Central Nervous System, clinical pharmacology, etc.

Vicky is currently overseeing and managing multi-compound portfolios across multiple therapeutic areas at a global level. She is responsible and accountable for the operational delivery for Biotech Operations Asia for the studies conducted regionally and globally. She also directly manages a global project leadership group in Asia and drives the Cross-Business Service Units collaborations at the programs/accounts level across the regions. Her background also includes direct experience in managing all aspects of translational medicine projects, pulling through compounds from pre-clinical to clinical to support China/APAC/Global filings.  

Before joining Parexel, she served in leadership roles at Covance, PPD, and Johnson & Johnson.  Most notably, while at Covance, she was responsible for the build-out of Covance’s early clinical development division in Asia, designing and implementing early phase clinical development strategy for biopharmaceutical clients.
