As co-lead of the cell and gene therapy and biopharma practice, Vivek brings years of expertise in portfolio planning and new opportunity identification across therapeutic areas, with specific interests in ophthalmology, orphan/genetic disease, and oncology. His previous role was co-director, BioEntrepreneurship Core at Washington University; he was also a graduate research assistant in the Department of Nephrology Boston University Medical Center. He holds a PhD in molecular cell biology from Washington University and a BA in biochemistry and molecular biology from Boston University.
