Michael Bruun
Partner, Global co-Head of Private Equity, Goldman Sachs Asset Management
Mr. Bruun is Partner, Global co-head of Private Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, which he joined in 2004. He is a member of the Asset Management Corporate Investment Committee, Asset Management Growth Investment Committee, Sustainable Investing Group Investment Committee and Asset & Wealth Management Diversity and Inclusion Council. In 2021, Mr. Bruun was named head of EMEA Private Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management and from 2019 to 2021, he was head of Private Equity and Growth Equity investing for India. Mr. Bruun earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Copenhagen and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Copenhagen with studies at Cornell University. He serves on the Boards of Directors at Advania, GS Wyvern, LRQA, Norgine and Northvolt.
