Christian Consoli is a senior leader in clinical trial supply and laboratory logistics, with nearly 30 years of experience spanning laboratory operations, clinical research, and global supply chain management. As Director of Supply & Logistics, Laboratory Services, he leads global lab strategy, partner management, operational excellence, and business expansion, while fostering innovation and talent development across teams worldwide.
Work Experience
Christian began his career as a biochemist, working for over 10 years in clinical laboratory environments where he held leadership roles and gained hands-on expertise across multiple disciplines, including hematology, chemistry, and immunology. He later transitioned into clinical research, as a project manager, where he managed complex global studies and developed deep expertise in clinical trial logistics. Since joining Parexel, he has held leadership roles overseeing global laboratory logistics, project management, and supply chain operations.
Education
In addition to his industry experience, Christian has an academic background as a physics professor at the University of Buenos Aires where he holds a degree in biochemistry. Christian brings a unique combination of scientific expertise, operational leadership, and strategic vision to the global clinical research landscape.
