Amy joined Parexel in November 2019 to lead and drive several clinical operational innovative initiatives, which included eTMF, Clinical Vault, and RBQM strategy at Parexel. With more than 22 years of experience in clinical research, she brings extensive knowledge of clinical operations and quality, customer alliances, and process implementation with best-in-class clinical technologies.

Work Experience

Before joining Parexel, Amy served as Executive Director of Clinical Innovation and Global Operations Management for a global CRO. She led enterprise-level implementation for innovation initiatives and new technologies. In her earlier career, Amy worked in a diverse range of roles of increasing responsibility involving clinical process optimization, new system development, clinical quality management, and clinical operations oversight.

Education

She earned a bachelor's in biochemistry from San Diego State University. Amy has a passion for philanthropy and non-profit work that includes military service, mental health, and collective impact initiatives. She serves on several boards, such as Upstate Warrior Solution and the University of Georgia Fontaine Center Advisory Board. She is a member of the board of trustees for the Georgia Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She loves to travel, spending time with family, cooking, and outdoor activities.
