With 20 years of healthcare experience, the last 19 of which were in different roles of increasing responsibility on both the buy and sell sides of drug development, I have seen and participated in the evolution of all aspects of Supplier Management for R&D and Medical Affairs/ Commercial Access, inclusive of Strategic Partnership & Alliance Management in the industry. In these roles I have had the opportunity to collaborate on a global basis with CROs, large biotech companies all the way through the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world to support initiatives focused around optimizing asset development, change management, oversight, business & commercial management, portfolio delivery, and innovation.
