Moe Ba

Moe leads Global HR Operations projects in support of Parexel HR initiatives, including integrating acquisitions, implementing enterprise applications, organizational transformation, and business process optimization. 

Work Experience
Beginning in the U.S. Navy, Moe’s career in Human Resources spans 30 years with multinational corporations. Moe started with Parexel in 2021 after 15 years of managing various HR global transformation projects. He brings extensive experience in program management, project management, and change management within the pharmaceutical and technology industries.
 
In 2023, Moe was elected co-chair of BEACON (Black Employee Advisory Consortium), a Parexel Employee Resource Group supporting Parexel’s Black employees. Moe also serves as co-lead of the North America Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.

Education
Moe holds an MBA in human resources from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Change Practitioner.
