Sanjay Vyas

Sanjay Vyas is President of Parexel Integrated Solutions, Clinical Logistics and Managing Director India, at Parexel. He leads a global organization of more than 8,000 employees and, as Managing Director, has broader leadership responsibility across Parexel’s workforce in India.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Sanjay has deep expertise in global functional service partnerships, aligning FSP models with customer strategies and enabling effective governance and delivery at scale. In this role, he is responsible for all of the company’s functional delivery services, including clinical operations, patient safety, regulatory affairs and biostatistics.

Sanjay also leads Parexel’s global Clinical Logistics operations, including six clinical supply distribution centers worldwide.

As Managing Director for India, he sets the strategic direction for the continued growth of Parexel India’s Global Capability Center and wider operations.

His broader expertise includes global profit-and-loss management, sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic customer relationship management across life sciences and other service industries.

Prior to joining Parexel, he served as Vice President, Life Sciences and Healthcare, for DHL in Asia-Pacific. In that role, he managed global logistics and supply chain services for life sciences customers. He also served on the DHL Life Sciences and Healthcare Board.
