Xoli Belgrave
Senior Director, Head of Clinical Trial Diversity and Inclusion
Xoli is responsible for leading innovations in clinical trial diversity, equity, and inclusion to support Parexel’s “Patient First” ethos. She has a lengthy tenure at Parexel in key roles in our Patient Innovation Center and corporate projects and clinical operations.
Work Experience
Xoli has more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in a range of roles, including clinical research, project management, and training and organizational development.
Education
Xoli earned a bachelor’s degree in medical biochemistry at Brunel University and a master’s degree in neuroscience at Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College, both in London. She also holds a certificate in instructional design from Boston University.
