Work experience

Boris brings over 20 years of healthcare/pharma consulting and business development experience specializing in healthcare policy and systems, healthcare economics, government healthcare programs, global healthcare systems, health technology assessment, economic modelling, quantitative analysis, and building microsimulation models.

Boris has held roles at Merck, Acelity, DXC Technology, ICF International, RAND, and the World Bank, among others. He is proficient in solving complex problems using a broad range of quantitative analytical skills and applied statistical and econometric methods. He has in-depth knowledge of economic, statistical, and econometric analytical tools such as multivariate regression analysis, structural equation modelling, hierarchical linear modelling, factor analysis, propensity scoring, Bayesian statistics, Markov models, and others. Boris has extensive expertise in the economic modelling of pharmaceutical products, including measuring novel elements of value of new treatments. He is a published author with recent publications in JoCP and Health Policy.

Education

He completed his graduate studies at Princeton University and the Moscow State Institute of International Economics and Law and did a post-graduate fellowship at Stanford University.
