Robert Konecny, M.D.
Medical Director
Robert Konecny is a Medical Director with 20 years of experience in clinical research, overseeing all phases of clinical investigations throughout the study life cycle. He has vast knowledge and experience in medical oversight of IBD Studies and has successfully monitored global and local Phase I,II,III,IV Ulcerative Colitis and Chron’s disease trials.
As Medical Director, Robert is responsible for the scientific execution and oversight as required for the initiation, conduct and medical monitoring of clinical trials. He directs, designs, authors, reviews clinical trial protocols, and collaborates with external stakeholders such as study investigators and their staff throughout the program.
Education
Robert studied medicine at Masaryk University Brno, Czech Republic.
