Sheri McCoy
Independent Director & former CEO and Director of Avon Products, Inc., Chairperson of the Board
Ms. McCoy had a distinguished 30-year career at Johnson & Johnson, where she ultimately served as Vice Chair of the Executive Committee responsible for the company’s pharmaceutical and consumer businesses. Ms. McCoy also served as CEO of Avon, a global leader in personal care products. Ms. McCoy currently serves on the boards of several industry-leading healthcare companies, including AstraZeneca, Galderma and Stryker. She previously served as Chairperson of the Board for both Certara and Aldevron. Ms. McCoy received her Bachelor of Science in textile chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth; a Master of Science in chemical engineering from Princeton University; and an MBA from Rutgers University.
