Deb Tatton is President, Global Clinical and Data Operations (GCDO) for Parexel. In this role she leads a team of 10,000 employees globally conducting clinical trials across various therapeutic and specialty areas to bring new treatments and therapies to patients worldwide. Her operational expertise encompasses the successful delivery of clinical trials ranging from early phase through late phase/real world evidence studies.

Throughout her more than 26-year tenure at Parexel, Deb has held key roles in critical delivery functions within the organization, including data management, clinical operations and project/portfolio management within both Full Service and Functional Service Provider (FSP) models.

Deb's exceptional leadership and industry contributions have been widely recognized. In 2024, Deb was named a Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) Luminary. In 2020, she was recognized as a PharmaVoice 100 award recipient, a prestigious accolade that recognizes the 100 most inspiring individuals in the life sciences sector.

Deb holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
